Hi Mike,

I want to thank you immensely for you assistance in resolving the matter with the seals on my spacecases.

Alex rang me today and they were at first going to send me new seals to glue in but by the end of our phone conversation, he changed his mind and is going to replace both of them. I was totally surprised by his generosity but am more that willing to accept them.

I am very happy with the outcome and once again thank you very much for your assistance.

I look forward to many happy years of usage of the cases and yes they will be used.
