How to Purchase our Products

COMMERCIAL, GOVERNMENT, & EDUCATIONAL BUYERS

How to Purchase our Products or create your Wishlist / Quote "My Quote / Wishlist"

MLnS is an “Order Online” E-Commerce site only - We are unable to issue quotations as such.

If you have to have a formal written quotation then please email to sales@ move-lift-n-store.com.au. We will then pass it on to our sister company (Spacepac Industries Pty Ltd). Please note prices will be more expensive due to increased administration costs.

However, you can register with your choice of password then create your Quote / Wishlist in your shopping cart.

You can then complete your purchase or arrange for your purchasing officer to complete the transaction online.

Note : The prices are dynamic and may change if you do not place your order at that time.

REGISTERED CUSTOMER

Our advice is to place your order as a Registered customer on our secure server.

You will have the ability to manage your Organisation name, Billing and Shipping Addresses (multiple), as well as all contact details.

Another handy feature is the quick Re-Order option for previously purchased products as well as the facility to reprint your Tax invoices at any time.

Purchase Number Reference

During the Checkout process you will be able to enter a Purchase Number for your own reference.

Registration and Purchasing
  1. Login or create an Account to become a Registered customer
  2. Select your goods and options (if any) from the Catalogue and add them to your Shopping Cart
  3. Begin the Checkout process as a logged-in Registered customer
  4. For Registered Customers in Australia, your options for payment will include:
    • Credit Card
    • Direct Debit (Pro-Forma Invoice)(then “Tax Invoice” after payment clearance)
    • Government Purchase orders (Tax Invoice on 30 Day Terms) Please input your purchase order number during checkout.. As well, we require an Emailed or faxed copy of your government purchase order prior to processing and dispatching your order.
  5. For Customers outside of Australia, your options for payment will be:
    • Direct Debit only (Pro-Forma Invoice) (and nomination of your freight company details, we suggest TNT International) (then “Tax Invoice” after payment clearance)
  6. Completion of the Checkout process will conclude and:
    • Email a copy of your Tax Invoice to your Registered email address
    • Allow you to print a copy of your Invoice from the “Pro-Forma” or “Tax Invoice” page that is emailed to you on completion
    • Store a copy of your order details within Your Account Page, from which you can Reprint at any time
  7. NOTE: Your order will be processed and despatched after confirmation of your payment or receipt of your official Government order.
Registration Benefits, Advantages, & Features

As a Registered customer you can optionally choose to arrange your own Courier pickup for delivery (required for Overseas Customers). Goods for overseas destinations will be packed appropriately. Your Overseas freight forwarder will claim your GST refund for you. Once we have your Courier or Freight Forwarder details we will notify them when the goods are packed ready for pickup from one of our warehouse locations.

GUEST CHECKOUT

The second option for purchasing products on the Move-Lift-n-Store site is to checkout as a Guest customer:

  1. Select your goods from the Catalogue and add them to your Shopping Cart
  2. Begin the Checkout process as a Guest customer
  3. Your options for payment will include:
    • Credit Card
    • Direct Debit
  4. Completion of the Checkout process will conclude and:
    • Send a copy of your Pro-Forma or Tax Invoice to your Registered email address
    • Allow you to print a copy of your Invoice from the “Pro-Forma” or “Tax Invoice” page that is emailed to you on completion.
  5. The ordered goods will be despatched after confirmation of your payment

This method may suit one-time or personal buyers, but please read on to learn about the advantages that Registering can offer.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Tax Invoices

All Orders placed will receive a notification email upon completion. This message will include either a full Tax Invoice (when paid by credit card or Government Order) or Pro-forma invoice (when paid by direct deposit ) confirming the goods purchased.

Despatch & Tracking

When your goods are despatched you will be advised of your freight method and any applicable tracking information that we can supply. If you're a Registered customer you will be able to monitor Order progress from within your Account on the site.

TAX INVOICE ADVICE

There are a number of ways you can receive your Tax Invoice:

  1. Receive a copy sent to your Registered email address, within a short time of completing your order.
  2. Print your Tax Invoice when your Checkout has been completed, before leaving that page.
  3. Print it out from the My Orders section of your Account page on the website (Registered customers only).

Real-time Shipping Estimates

We have provided a Freight Calculator system that can give you an accurate cost estimate for shipping goods to a specified area. You can view an estimate for a specific product (of any quantity) or for the entire contents of your shopping Cart.

Postcode Matching System

Our automatic postcode lookup also helps you to quickly select an accurate suburb name and state. Just type in your shipping postcode and a list of matching suburbs will be provided for you to choose from. This feature works on any form where you enter a postcode.

Multiple products in your Shopping Cart may be despatched from more than one factory location...This may affect the freight calculation.

DESPATCHED BY US ON YOUR FREIGHT/COURIER COMPANY

You Have to log in as an account customer.

Place your order with the Pickup delivery option chosen then please give us notification via email (service@move-lift-n-store.com.au) of the following details:

  • Freight company name
  • Freight company contact phone number
  • Freight company account number
  • Also advise us of the type of service required - eg. Road, Express, Urgent, etc.

When the order is packed and ready for despatch, we will contact your freight company for a pickup on your behalf. All delivery costs are your responsibility.

Note : Orders will be packed to suit the destination..(Overseas orders are packed ready for export.)

In some rare circumstances when orders are paid for by credit card, our bank may require us to obtain photo identification on pickups.

In these circumstances we may require some form of verification from you before allowing your courier to collect your order.

In either case you will be contacted by us via email when your order is despatched, or if we require additional payment verification.

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Address and Contact Details

When placing an order with SPO Pty Ltd trading as Move-Lift-n-Store, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical ground floor street address.

We will notify you if we are unable to deliver it to the address.

To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile phone numbers. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested.

If a customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, he/she is responsible for follow up and re-shipping costs.

AUSTRALIAN PACKAGING & DELIVERIES

Lead Time

Order Processing 2 to 7 Working Days. Some manufactured products may take significantly longer to process. Please check individual product descriptions for accurate lead times.

Shipping Time 1 to 7 Working Days.

Freight company deliveries may take more time.

Delivery Charges

SPO Pty Ltd trading as Move-Lift-n-Store has implemented a set of Standard Freight Charges that is offered for orders delivered by our freight providers

Your status will be determined automatically based on the Postcode entered into the "Deliver To" field of the Shipping Information form.

INTERNATIONAL PACKING & DELIVERIES

We do not ship to locations outside Australia at present...All export orders are required to be picked up by your freight company. We will however pack appropriately for export at no additional charge.

All documentation is to be supplied by purchasers...

Proof of Delivery

Should you require a proof of delivery at any time (after the standard lead time), please Contact Us and we will email you a copy.

Delivery Carriers

For Australia-wide deliveries we use Australia Post as well as various Freight Companies such as TNT.

For overseas customers we suggest you contact TNT International (Link) to arrange transport.

After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the full details of your order.
